[How to cancel]
Please notify us by email by the 20th of the month prior to the month you wish to cancel. Alternatively, please complete the cancellation procedure on the payment management screen.
Example: If you wish to cancel this service on May 30th, please notify us by May 20th. Alternatively, please complete the cancellation procedure on the payment management screen.

After you have completed the cancellation procedure, the service environment will be deleted on the last business day of the month in which you wish to cancel.
Please make sure to back up or move any necessary data before that date.
