Create connection icons
Normally, simply telling your customers how to connect via RDP (Remote Desktop) is enough. Nothing has to change about the way you work today.
That said, applippli also creates icons (RDP icons) with the destination, the display settings and even the application to launch already configured. The person who receives one just double-clicks it.

What connection icons look like in daily work
Your engineers keep one connection icon per customer — Customer A, Customer B, Customer C and so on. If they tick "Save password" the first time they connect, no password is needed after that. Keeping them together in a "Connection icons" folder on the desktop — this is how almost every partner works.
You may copy the icons we create as many times as you like. Send them to your staff by email or any other means.
* Initial cost only. There is no monthly fee.
* An app icon is one icon per piece of business software. If you deliver several applications (App A, App B and so on), you need one icon for each.
* A desktop icon opens the whole desktop, so one is enough no matter how many applications there are.
* Not every customer needs this. It is not included as standard.
* We do not provide instructions on how to create them yourself.
Add an independent Windows PC to your private cloud (Standalone)
When you need it: you want to move software that cannot run in multi-user mode to the cloud
Another benefit: each user gets an independent client environment, so a restart or similar operation affects only that environment. It is well suited to maintenance.

02Use it more securely
Additions that protect important data
Protect logins with two-step (two-factor) authentication(Multi-factor authentication option)
* This option is "applippli Key (server edition)".
* "Two-step authentication" and "two-factor authentication" refer to the same thing.
Security that does not rely on an ID and password alone. A one-time password (OTP) is added to verify identity, so even if a password leaks, nobody but the right person can log in.

Allow access only from set locations such as your office (IP address restriction)
Connections are allowed only from your office or a specific network.
The price is per permitted location (IP address).
Allow access only from registered devices (VPN gateway)
Connections are allowed only from devices you have authorised, such as specific PCs.

Required for each person who connects when you use the VPN gateway above.
Open a port from outside (firewall configuration)
Opens a port in your cloud environment so it can be reached from outside.

You can decide who may view and who may edit, department by department — for example "HR can view only" and "General Affairs can edit". You can also set permissions for operating the files inside a folder.

Increase the server's SSD (C drive) capacity
When you need it: you have to install a lot of software, or the software's database has outgrown the disk.
