Can maintenance and setting changes be done without visiting the customer?

Yes. We hand your engineers the desktop icon. When it is pressed, the desktop of the Azure Virtual Machine (Windows Server) opens, so you can do installation, setting changes, upgrades, and adding or removing users from your own office.

The business software is managed in one place on the server, so an upgrade is done on the server side, however many users there are. You do not have to go around your customer's PCs one by one and install it again.

When a customer reports a problem, you can look at the same screen, so "we do not know until we go there" happens less often.

You can also create an administrator user with reduced rights for the customer. How much is left to the customer is decided by your company.
